Strange enough the Harusha family did not know that we had made a reservation. At least, they stated so. Fortunately there was room for us. Upon leaving they expected full pay for our stay, they were not aware of the fact that we had already payed in advance, to Outdoor Albania. Luckily I took our booking and payment confirmation along so I could show them that we had in fact made a reservation and payed. If we hadn't,probably a phonecall to Outdoor Albania would have settled the issue. Our contactperson at Outdoor Albania had also stated she would inform the Harusha family about the fact that we were vegetarians, but the Harusha family were not aware of that fact either of course. No big problem, we simply told them so on location (and were happy that they tried to be creative on that front). Of course, I do not know whose mistake it was, whether Outdoor Albania's or the Harusha family's mistake.

The service gives the impression of being reliable. By paying through PayPal you feel secure it is OK. The instant reply and individual booking number follows this up. We booked and payed on the same day as our arrival, and it worked well.
