Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
The tour starts at the roundabout of Zogu I Zi. A taxi to bring participants to this starting point can be arranged.
In addition, it is also possible to pick you up in Shkoder at 6:30 in the morning of the day of departure.
Participants are committed to accepting the general conditions of "Outdoor Albania" upon booking an OA round-trip. The minimum number of participants required is 3 and the maximum is 15.
